San Diego International Airport – T2 Parking Plaza

This $100M, ParkSmart Gold, cutting-edge 3-story parking structure involved commissioning of the Parking and Revenue Control System (PARCS) and the Parking Guidance System (PGS). Reporting directly to the owner’s project management team at the San Diego Regional Airport Authority, CriticalArc established a baseline and measurable test criteria for the rollout of the new state-of-the-art PARCS and PGS, a new technology, unproven in the new construction environment at the time. Although slated for two full years, this structure was completed in just 20 months back in 2018.
