GUHSD – Santana High School , Student Services Building Modernization

The Student Services Building Modernization Project at Santana High School was a $3M, full remodel of an existing structure, including architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades. Contracted directly with the Grossmont Union High School District, CriticalArc led the commissioning effort with the goal of meeting Title 24 requirements along with the owner’s desire to improve the staff and student experience. This project lasted 1 year and finished in 2020.
