University of Kentucky – Health Education Building

Subcontracted to the Builder, Turner Construction, CriticalArc serves as MEP Coordinator during construction and startup activities on the new University of Kentucky Health Education Building. The project is a new 8-story, 508,000sf, building with classrooms, labs, and a 2-story penthouse. The schedule spans Quarter 2, 2024 through Quarter 4, 2026. In the MEP Coordinator role, CriticalArc is tasked with preparing scope documentation, providing BIM modeling support, reviewing plans, specifications, schedules, and contracts as well as supporting project team needs for pre-commissioning activities.
