University of Kentucky – Ag. Research Building

Subcontracted to the Builder, Turner Construction, CriticalArc serves as MEP Coordinator during construction and startup activities on the new University of Kentucky Agriculture Research Building. The project is a new 5-story, 260,000sf, building with rooftop greenhouses. The schedule spans Quarter 2, 2024 through Quarter 4, 2026. In the MEP Coordinator role, CriticalArc is tasked with preparing scope documentation, providing BIM modeling support, reviewing plans, specifications, schedules, and contracts as well as supporting project team needs for pre-commissioning activities.
