The Rivian Automotive plant in Normal, IL went through a tool installation stage during its production phase. Contracted to TurnKey Tool, CriticalArc supported this work in the role of Logistics Coordinator and was tasked with the responsibility of ensuring critical production tools were strategically installed to meet the demanding needs of the client’s production schedule. From initial tool assembly, factory testing, transportation, installation, and startup, CriticalArc played an instrumental part in helping the client to meet their demanding production goals.
