Campus at Horton

This redevelopment of the iconic Horton Plaza shopping mall includes the conversion of 1,072,000sf of commercial space into offices for technology and R&D companies as well as retail shops and restaurants. The project began in 2021 and ends in 2023 and is slated to receive a LEED Platinum certification from the USGBC. Contracted to the GC, Turner Construction, CriticalArc is serving as a Commissioning coordinator role, supplementing their resources and assisting with all commissioning activities onsight.
