SkyRiver Resort Casino Parking Structure

In 2024, SkyRiver announced its plans to expand its $500M hotel and casino with the addition of a new parking garage, central plant, 20ksf gaming floor, and associated systems. The Parking Structure project is the first phase and consists of a $100M, 1,600-space parking garage along with a new central plant to support the future hotel and spa expansion. Contracted to the Wilton Rancheria Gaming Authority, CriticalArc’s scope includes commissioning of the parking structures and CUP expansion in accordance with Title 24/CALGreen requirements. The project is scheduled for 1 year and will be completed in 2026.
