PRN/CCO Data Center Campus

CriticalArc provided commissioning services on a 60 MW per building data center campus in Prineville, OR. CriticalArc worked on behalf of the GC/CM team, Fortis Construction, by assisting the onsite MEP team’s transition from construction to commissioning via QA/QC inspections, supporting and inspecting all level 2 activities, hydronic piping tests, and coordinating with QA/QC to ensure all documentation was up to date, accurate, and properly filed in the Client’s selected platforms. CriticalArc’s scope finished in early 2024.
