Hayward Research Facility

CriticalArc is responsible for the development and implementation of the design phase commissioning deliverables for three new facilities in Hayward, CA. The first facility is a TI within an existing shell, converting 57,000 square feet into pilot battery cell production labs and 4,200 sq ft of office space. The second and third phases are also TI’s that will contain both offices, new site work for a central utility plant with three different methods of power generation, and a complete lithium-ion battery cell pilot production line.
