Great Wolf Lodge – Manteca

The Great Wolf Lodge is a $250M, 500-room, six-story immersive family hotel, family entertainment center (FEC), and waterpark. The project is located adjacent to Big West Dreams, a popular sports venue for little league tournaments, and was the first project in a series of projects in Manteca’s new family entertainment zone. The commissioning scope was limited to the hotel and FEC, and was being performed by CriticalArc, contracted to Great Wolf Lodge directly, per California Energy Code Title24/CALGreen requirements.
