Garin Data Center and Vargas Substation

The Garin Data Center/Vargas Substation Project was the second phase, 250,000sf expansion on an existing 56MW data center. CriticalArc provided commissioning coordination and oversight for Levels 1-5 on behalf of the general contractor, Holder Construction. Responsibilities included developing the Cx schedule, coordinating subcontractor execution of all L1-L3 checklists and providing a final review before assigning to the CxA, reviewing the Cx and Loadbank Plans, coordinating procurement of loadbanks, and providing onsite support for vendor startup, and L4-L5 Cx activities. The project spanned from August 2021 through the end of September 2022.
