At CriticalArc, I experienced a culture that truly puts people first. Joining CriticalArc through the Navy Skill Bridge program, I received hands on training as a Commissioning Technician, learning the ins and outs of commissioning before transitioning full-time to a rewarding Commissioning Engineer career. It was clear from day one that the company values its people as its greatest asset.

My journey with CriticalArc began in 2017 as an intern during my graduate school years, and I’ve been fortunate to grow with the company ever since, taking on a variety of roles along the way. What has made this experience truly rewarding is that the company doesn’t just talk about its core values – People First, Be Accountable, and Continuous Improvement. Volunteering

Employees are encouraged to volunteer with their favorite charitable organizations, and they are provided dedicated paid time off to accomplish this. Here’s an example of what they have gained from this program:

“I started volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House of Northern NV, cooking meals for families who have children staying in the hospital for extended periods. By using CriticalArc’s Volunteer program, I have been able to cook dinners during weekdays, when there seems to be a shortage of volunteers. Thank you!”
